USS Spiegel Grove (LSD 32) Association is a non-profit organization devoted to reuniting all past crewmembers and embarked Marines dating back to her commissioning in 1956. Dues are $12.00 per year and help defray expenses incurred with setting up our annual reunions and miscellaneous newsletter mailing/printing costs.
The group consists of Shipmates & embarked Marines ranging from former CO's, XO's, etc. to E-2' & E3's, although rank/rate has no place at our annual meetings. We also enjoy the company of our formerly embarked Marines! Generally we have from 30-40 attendees and their spouses, who comprise the USS Spiegel Grove (LSD 32) Women's Auxiliary.
